Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed by customers through the online store K-Bubble (Owner: Dipl.-Ing. Miriam Widhalm, BSc).

§ 3 Offers and Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in the online store are non-binding. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when K-Bubble accepts the order.

§ 4 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• EPS (Austria only)

§ 5 Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

• Free DHL shipping within the EU and Switzerland.
• Shipping to other European countries: €11.95 EUR.
• Free DHL shipping for orders over €90 EUR.
• Delivery time: 3–7 business days.

For international orders outside Europe:

• Shipping costs: €14.95 EUR.
• Delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on destination.

§ 6 Warranty and Liability

No warranty claims shall apply. Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.

§ 7 Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of K-Bubble until payment has been received in full.

§ 8 Place of Jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Austria.
